One word: Bravo! I'm an old fellow, and I've traveled all over France for more than 50 years. Over the years, I've witnessed the slow decline of the roadside restaurants that were once the pride of our gastronomy. You are the worthy heirs to this tradition of French roadside dining (and I don't mean that in a pejorative way) that delighted our taste buds and has practically disappeared from the landscape, replaced by bland fast food. We truly enjoyed our meal. The food was top-notch, the welcome very friendly, and the atmosphere wonderful. You deserve a lot of credit! Keep it up! You love your work, and it shows, and it's evident in the food. It's very heartening to see that this still exists. Truly, bravo all around. We will be back, and we highly recommend this establishment; it's well worth the detour.
