Expensive for just poorly mixed oat milk and matcha. I asked for a cold drink, but there was no effort made; the preparation of the drinks was unprofessional. However, the servers were pleasant nonetheless.

A very good experience at Café La Fiancée! The atmosphere is pleasant and we were lucky enough to be able to eat on the terrace, which was really nice. The food was good and we had a very enjoyable time. A great place in Toulouse that I happily recommend.

16/08/2026: The setting was lovely, and we opted for the lunch menu for a quick and complete experience. The problem was that it took us two hours to eat in total, which is far too long for lunch, and the menu wasn't particularly good. The atmosphere, however, was very pleasant.
16/08/2026: We had booked a table for lunch during the middle of the school holidays "just in case." There were very few people there. The wait before our order was taken was long... Rather unusual given how few people were. We wanted to order cassoulet. The waiter told us there would be a 20-minute wait. Probably due to the cooking time. If we hadn't had to wait beforehand, it wouldn't have bothered us, but as it was... The wait was worth it, though, because the cassoulet was delicious and a generous portion. The waiters were friendly, and the decor was traditional.
