Delicious coffee shop with an adorable terrace in the city center. Everything is delicious: matcha, latte, cookies, pancakes. Excellent service. A superb little spot. I love La Fiancée! ☀️❤️

A small, impromptu brunch; reservations weren't possible, but we got a table quickly. The welcome was very friendly, and the waiter moved us to a different table as soon as a better one became available. The food was delicious.

It was the first time for me to come here. The food was really good. The French toast texture was amazing. Thank you to Steven for his service, must be tiring to go through the stairs all day but he was doing it with a good mood ☺️ there’s definitely a fan of Daniel Caesar and Miguel but can’t complain the playlist was good ! Anyways happy national day and see you around

Definitely one of the best brunches I've ever had! The avocado toast was incredible, and what can I say about the French toast with that delicious caramel sauce! The atmosphere is great; come early to snag a table outside.

The service was very good, but I was disappointed by the food for the price. The pancakes were dry and salty, the French toast tasted like cheesecake and was too sweet, and the avocado toast had so much tapenade that you couldn't taste any of the other ingredients. The drinks were also small for the price (standard water glass size).

The meal was absolutely excellent, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere in the shop was also great. In short, come eat here, you won't regret it.

10/08/2026: A wonderful discovery, thank you to our Airbnb host for this recommendation. A welcoming place, the staff are very pleasant, smiling, and professional. A very good meal with fresh, well-prepared local products at an affordable price. The duck skewer with Salardaise potatoes was delicious! Discovering spring rolls from the Southwest 😋 The "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee) is...for those with a serious sweet tooth; we finished a shared dessert, everything was delicious. €32 per person including aperitifs. We had a very good time and we will return on our next trip to Toulouse.

17/07/2026: Ding bong, I'm giving a glowing review of this Toulouse café concept. Immersive atmosphere, original products, and generous portions despite the somewhat high prices. I'll be back. Several times.
17/07/2026: ☕️ A look back at our visit to Café Bong We recently discovered this café and the place is truly lovely. The decor is tasteful, warm, and inviting. The presentation of the pastries is also very pretty, as is that of the drinks. However, we were disappointed by the desserts. The whipped cream cake, in particular, was really not to our liking. The taste and texture didn't convince us, which is a shame given its beautiful presentation. As for the drinks, they were decent, without being particularly memorable. The most regrettable aspect was the service. We found it rather cold. A smile and a little more attention to the customers would have really made a difference and made the experience more pleasant. This is a place with potential thanks to its ambiance, but a few improvements to the desserts and especially to the service would make the experience much more enjoyable.
