The best discovery of our stay in Fort-Mahon! A small place, a great atmosphere, and a packed house. The food is delicious! Our son devoured his "ch'tis burger" (homemade bun), and the mussels with Maroilles cheese were the best my husband has ever had. 🤤 A little tip: book in advance!

The setting is beautiful, the food is good and plentiful. The only downside: we received a cold welcome from the owner (we assume) who didn't crack a smile, which was a real shame...

Excellent food; we were surprised by the generous portions, especially on the set menus (starter, main course, dessert). The herring salad was very substantial. I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was impeccable.

We came to spend a Sunday in Fort Mahon and chose La Flambée for lunch. We were served quickly and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We will definitely return; I highly recommend it.

We went there for the first time yesterday and we'll definitely be back. The food was excellent, the portions generous, and we wish you and the owners, who are very pleasant, continued success.
