I've been to this restaurant five times before and I usually appreciate it for the quality of the meat and the service. Unfortunately, this past Saturday I was disappointed. The service was rather mediocre, the wait for the main course was very long, the ribeye steak wasn't up to par, and the person in charge of the brazier in the center of the restaurant was very nervous around the customers. Furthermore, the presence of children near the brazier was inappropriate. This is just my personal opinion.

First time at this restaurant, which was recommended to us by a friend. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the service was good, but the major drawback was the cook at the grill who was completely incompetent. We ordered a medium-rare steak, and it was served burnt. He didn't accept it and complained, becoming very agitated. It's a shame because the restaurant is very nice and the rest of the staff are very friendly.

We booked at the last minute and received a warm welcome.
We ordered the boneless ribeye steak and the Iberian puma.
The meat was cooked perfectly, and we paired it with a red wine from Provence.
The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff were friendly and professional.
I had a wonderful time.

Excellent meal; the duck breast was delicious and cooked to perfection, and the tarte tatin was a delight.
A warm atmosphere by the fireplace and a pleasant staff.
You have to park at the post office just before the restaurant. Well done, we'll be back.

How can I put it? Every time I, or we, wanted to treat ourselves to a good piece of meat, the name of the village restaurant, La Flambée, was the first that came to mind. And let's not forget the homemade desserts! In short, you feel good there, the food is good, and you keep coming back. A big thank you to the whole team, and especially to Denis and his wonderful wife, who have worked tirelessly to make this place what it still is today: a true culinary experience! See you very soon.

Hearty portions. A delicious aroma of wood-fired grilling greets you as soon as you walk in. No wonder: a magnificent blaze blazes in the middle of one of the dining rooms. Beef, pizza, pig's trotters, duck breast, andouillette sausage, lamb—there's something for everyone. Paired with excellent local wines. Even the desserts are delicious (a firm and flavorful chocolate mousse, for example). And all at a reasonable price considering the quality. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! With a smile and a warm welcome. Top-notch! 👍
