A wonderful discovery in Locminé. The cuisine is refined, with precise flavors, without any unnecessary artifice. The setting, understated and refined, invites relaxation, and the welcome is as warm as it is discreet. The service is fluid, attentive without being intrusive. We were even allowed to stay working at the table well after the meal, which is rare enough to be noted. An excellent address, where quality rhymes with simplicity and where the prices remain completely reasonable. A big thank you to the entire team.
