The ultimate restaurant for discovering authentic traditional Chinese cuisine! Everything is delicious!!! The meats, the fish, the tofu... The cooking is perfect, the flavors extraordinary... So yes, you sometimes need to book, and there's sometimes a bit of a wait... but that's due to the restaurant's popularity and the fact that they cook their food slowly with fresh ingredients, not reheated leftovers! One of the best Chinese restaurants in Bordeaux, a sure bet!

I ordered two dishes, both excellent: the boiled beef was large, fragrant, spicy, and tender; the lion's head was soft and fluffy. It's authentic Chinese food, and the owner is very friendly. Since there are only two owners running the place, it can be quite slow during peak hours. The first time I went, the owner suggested I try somewhere else.
