Why hasn't this restaurant received a Michelin star yet? In any case, for us it deserves one, as we have never eaten such exquisite food :-). Good luck with continued success.

Too much to say! The food is delicious, hearty, and very well presented. From starter to dessert, including calvados, it's a cocktail of flavor! The quality/price ratio is just unbeatable, around twenty euros for such a delicious starter/main course/dessert menu, it almost feels like you're robbing yourself! The managers are real people, passionate about their jobs, their regions and their terroirs. They are incredibly kind, and because of them, it's hard to leave! My girlfriend and I loved this moment, shared with both of you, the two Jura residents, the bulldog, the chickens and the Calvados 🤣 Thank you again, continue what you are doing, because you do it extremely well, looking forward to seeing you again!
