La Frangine sur Le Grau-Du-Roi

The food was quite good and the place was nice, but clearly not good value for money... I've never seen oysters so small, the size of a large walnut... and the portions were really tiny... the dessert was quite below the rest... each "tapas" is sold almost at the price of a normal dish but with much smaller portions in reality... in the end, 70 euros per person for 4 people without going overboard, with 1 bottle of wine and not much more, and even 2 tapas "offered" by the house and we were still hungry.

A wonderful discovery! The sharing platter concept is truly a success: the menu is varied, there's something for everyone, and even a pregnant woman will easily find something to enjoy, which isn't always the case. The dishes are delicious, prepared with fresh, local ingredients, and you can taste the difference. Special mention also goes to the staff, who are lovely, welcoming, and very approachable. The terrace is super pleasant and peaceful, perfect for relaxing, and the air conditioning inside is a real bonus at this time of year. Finally, the cocktail menu is very appealing and makes you want to try several. A place I highly recommend!
