Everything here is perfect: a warm welcome from the friendly owner, delicious local cuisine (just remember to order the filet américain), and a wide selection of sauces and beers. Close your eyes and you can almost hear Jacques Brel singing... Thank you for everything, and see you soon.
I've been going to this chip shop for a few years now. The welcome is always great. The fries are very good, I'm Belgian and I've been to quite a few chip shops and the quality of the potatoes at Chez le belge once are top. Lots of choice of sauces and typical Belgian dishes (e.g.: Carbonade flamande). Prices for one person vary from 8 to 15 euros depending on how hungry you are 👀 Belgian beers are available and a beer of the month is offered. There is space inside or outside. If there are a few of you (+5), I advise you to book in advance 😁 and the owner always indicates on his Facebook page if his place is closed, so don't hesitate to check, you never know! I highly recommend it, it reminds me of my little home in Belgium ❤️
