The setting is pleasant and the food is good, although a bit too salty. However, the service needs improvement. I ordered the fish of the day, and it was ling. Not being familiar with this fish, I expressed my surprise to the waitress. She took the liberty of mocking my reaction with a laugh, which I didn't appreciate. We are in Vouneuil, after all. It would have been nice to ask if we were satisfied with our meal when clearing the table or paying the bill. Furthermore, the red wine was cold. In conclusion, the price-quality ratio is acceptable, but the service needs improvement.

We went there on November 1st, 2025. The food was good, however, we were disappointed by the attitude of the woman in the yellow floral dress. She was very withdrawn and unfriendly. A shame.

We had lunch on September 21st for my grandparents' wedding anniversary. We were a group of 20 people, including 3 children. The meal was generally very good, with just one minor issue: the side dish was the same for both the appetizer and the main course. Furthermore, the waitress who was most attentive was unfriendly. We felt like we were constantly bothering her. When it came time to pay, no one asked us if we were satisfied with the meal.

Everything comes together for an exceptional experience: refined cuisine, perfectly executed dishes, and meticulous presentation. Here you'll find everything we love about French gastronomy: warm plates, linen tablecloths, and a true attention to detail. The service is impeccable and attentive, always present without ever being intrusive. The staff attends to every detail—a complimentary amuse-bouche, fresh bread without asking, a kind word, a smile... so many thoughtful touches that make all the difference. A remarkable culinary experience, where you can feel the passion for the profession and the pleasure of welcoming guests. A restaurant I recommend without the slightest hesitation.

La Gannerie is and will remain the best restaurant in the area. This restaurant offers absolutely exceptional, sophisticated, and delicate starters, main courses, and desserts. The service is very professional, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant is calm and comforting. The prices are consistent with the quality of the dishes and ingredients, and the wines are reasonably priced. In short, I highly recommend eating at La Gannerie, which remains a must-visit restaurant for those near Poitiers.

We went as a family to Restaurant La Gannerie for Dad's 80th birthday this Sunday, the 21st. It wasn't our first visit to this restaurant. Everything was arranged by email with Mr. Lafon. The meal and service were impeccable. The food was delicious and the waitresses very pleasant. Thank you for this experience, as the whole family was delighted. The cake was also very pretty and excellent. I recommend this restaurant; being a former restaurant owner myself, it's a sure bet, and we will return. Thank you again for everything...
