La Garenne sur Tresserre

A taste of Spain while staying at this hotel. Very good value for money, spacious room with a terrace. Very friendly staff. Located between the sea and the mountains. The only downside was the lack of politeness from some noisy guests, despite the helpful signs and the staff's vigilance.

A highly recommended hotel and restaurant. Warm welcome, and pets are welcome (a small, understandable surcharge applies). Beautiful, very clean room with a spacious bathroom (including a toilet). We were lucky enough to book a Moroccan evening: a delicious couscous with vegetables, chickpeas, and three meats, mint tea, pastries, and a high-quality dance performance. A superb evening and night in a hotel reminiscent of the Spanish countryside before the motorway! However, upon our return, we stayed in the same room (which we were very happy with) but the meal was disappointing.

Very very well received, a great restaurant, very pleasant staff and a top-notch boss! Nothing to complain about apart from the immense noise from the road, even with the window closed... very satisfied, I recommend it for a short stay or weekend.

Terribly dated, old, poorly maintained grounds. Weeds everywhere, trash on the property, pool looks brown, trash around it. Terribly busy road. Sliding doors wouldn't lock. Breakfast was very basic. It was clean, though.
