We went for Easter Sunday lunch! A fantastic team serving a superb menu. Getting there by bike is definitely worth it, and the reward is well worth it. Thank you for the little Easter egg hunt! Our little Luce was thrilled to find some eggs!

I used to come to La Gélinotte often for the place, the atmosphere, and the food. But several times I've found the prices have become exorbitant—€9 for a cappuccino and a small cookie... I think that was the last time.

Charming place, stunning view, ideal for a coffee, and an excellent place to rest after hiking one of the many trails in the surrounding area.

Mountain restaurant featuring local produce, hearty dishes, and a friendly, unpretentious atmosphere. Competitive prices for the quality and quantity. Vegetarian options available. Children and dogs welcome. Books, chairs, and games are available. Several terraces. Exceptional outdoor setting, with a lake just 20 meters away, nestled in the mountains. Starting point for various hikes. Several parking areas, but finding a space at 1 p.m. during peak season can be difficult. Reservations are recommended. Group bookings are possible, and evening entertainment includes talks, debates, and concerts. In short, a great find. A refreshing escape into nature and easy access to the mountains.
