Exceptional, definitely worth the detour, a meal for two on Thursday evening where we tasted the discovery and tasting menus, a taste wonder, a fair, balanced and inventive cuisine from starters to desserts. Good service without being too heavy in an elegant setting. The wine list is very complete. Great value for money considering the gastronomic level. We recommend without hesitation! A must in the region, the young chef puts all his heart into it and it shows. Well done

Very nice taste experience in this very elegant and cozy new restaurant. Lunch in 3 stages at a very reasonable price, with a presentation worthy of a gourmet restaurant. The service was impeccable. I didn't know about it but I highly recommend it. Excellent, refined cuisine with impeccable service, in a very good atmosphere. We had an excellent evening. Bravo to the chef and his team.

Ancienne Troyenne, quel plaisir de retrouver ce lieu si connu, repris par un jeune chef. Accueil, service au top. Quand aux plats servis, de la créativité, des saveurs et une présentation recherchée. Détail très apprécié ... déjeuner sur une table nappée.... Merci à toute l'équipe du chef Pierre Van Wynsbergue. Je recommande sans modération.
