The owner was very friendly. Even though she was about to close, she let us in. We ordered crêpes, cappuccino, and hot chocolate. Everything was absolutely delicious! Homemade cream, homemade jam, and the "cocoa" was made from a bar of chocolate melted in hot milk!

What an amazing place! The owner is wonderfully friendly and kind. The food is truly delicious and you can feel the authentic “home made” taste. It’s the best chocolate fondant that I had ever had. I would love to return here and definitely recommend visiting this little cozy place! I was on a long journey and stumbled upon this place before it was actually open, but the door was ajar, I walked in and asked if I could get a coffee and a fondant, and Catherine was very kind and came as a savior on a long journey.

We came for lunch and received a very warm welcome. The cook came to ask if everything was alright and if we enjoyed our meal. She even gave my daughter a lollipop. The meal was very good, and the portions were especially generous. I highly recommend it.

Excellent crêperie. It's a small place, so be sure to book ahead if you want to enjoy the friendly staff. Everything is homemade and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Le Saint Val de Franck

17/09/2026: Friendly staff, very good value for money. It's best to book in advance.
08/09/2026: Honestly, I've tried most of the restaurants, fast food places, and brasseries in Saint-Valery, and I'd say this one offers the best value for money in town. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection (nicely seared on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and it's not the easiest cut of meat to cook). The service was perfect and quick, the waitress attentive and very friendly. I'll be back regularly. Unfortunately, subsequent experiences were less positive. First, the ribeye steak was simply removed from the menu, and second, the service was far from satisfactory (including an hour's wait at lunchtime with no apology whatsoever).

14/09/2026: A place we absolutely love! 🦪 The owner is absolutely fantastic, lovely, and incredibly attentive. He even went the extra mile to (almost) privatize the terrace just for us. A warm welcome, delicious food, fresh ingredients, and a wonderful time spent around a superb table... practically with our feet in the water 😎 Add to that a friendly atmosphere... and my brother-in-law's legendary laughter in the background 😂: honestly, everything was perfect for a fantastic lunch! Thank you for this wonderful experience, we'll definitely be back! Audrey
06/09/2026: Pleasant service, the waiter had a nice touch of humor (if he reads this comment, we want oysters!). Simple but hearty meal, a very good and convivial time. I recommend it.
