I didn't really like my dish: there was very little meat, quite a lot of noodles, and some lettuce leaves. The rest was just hot water. And I don't like omelets, but that's just a personal preference.

The food was delicious! We ate there twice, and it was super delicious! The portions were generous, and the flavors were authentic! We went when the restaurant wasn't busy, and the owner was incredibly kind! He gave us tons of travel tips and was incredibly helpful! The food, the atmosphere, and the owner's hospitality make it worth a repeat visit. I hope to make a beeline for Yang Xiaochu next time I'm in Paris!
