Lors de notre visite de ce village, nous sommes tombé sur ce petit resto avec un cadre sympathique. Nous avons pris tous une crique avec sa salade bien assaisonnée que nous ne connaissions pas. C'était simple mais très bon avec un service bien suivi et souriant. Petit bémol pour la porte des wc qui consiste en une simple toile qui avec le vent ...

Very good shredded salad. The strong point of the place, we eat in a large garden very shaded by trees. In high heat, the best.

We just came to eat ice cream but we would have liked to stay in the evening for dinner! Under the trees, a quiet place to relax. Very nice! I recommend

3rd visit to this restaurant. Friendly setting, in the courtyard under the trees. Good food and friendly service. Price a little high for the simplicity of the cuisine, we are probably paying for the quality of the products (130€ for 4). A good address in Balazuc. On the other hand, I am disappointed and I do not find the merchant charging a supplement of €0.50 to put 4 drops of milk in the gourmet coffee (already at €12!). For only €0.5 we will consider coming back. Damage.

Très belle expérience après un rando dans Balazuc! Installés à l’ombre en pleine nature, dégustez des légumes/ fruits et spécialités ardéchoises avec un accueil au top!

Simply excellent, good quality local products.... special mention for the peach with its chestnut cream... However I was skeptical, but wrongly I admit and an excellent lemonade... All this in a beautiful village of Ardèche..... 2 IE visits in 2 years and I am ready to come back 👏👏👏👏👍👍

Chez Paulette

22/09/2024: A thought for Paulette and her place, the soul of the village has flown today to another world, may this place remain forever in his memory. Thank you for keeping it going.
12/09/2024: We stopped at Paulette's for a refreshing drink, to enjoy the very pleasant shaded terrace and particularly appreciated by our 4-legged companion who was able to recover. We then indulged in some local ice cream. Everything was served with great sympathy by a waitress of Norman origin who was very welcoming and had a sense of communication and contact. The setting is all the more enhanced.

15/08/2024: Rather friendly staff, the waiter/cashier welcomed us very kindly. We had 2 sandwiches which took 15 minutes to arrive. €6.10 per sandwich (+€2 if on site) Fresh baguettes but thin and not very garnished, we were a little disappointed unfortunately.
01/08/2024: Very pleasant here. We were allowed to load our camera :)
