As Strasbourg locals, we were won over! We ate the best flammekueche we've ever had. For example, even the bacon was excellent quality and had a real local flavor. The wine was recommended perfectly by the incredibly kind waitress throughout the evening. The apple and Calvados flammekueche was absolutely delicious; it was also the best we've ever had. In addition, the interior and exterior settings are very pleasant. Even the playlist was great (Morrissey). From now on, this is our go-to spot in Strasbourg. Thank you!

Sometimes you just have to trust technology: We had this restaurant recommended to us by an AI and we're absolutely thrilled. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We were completely satisfied. The tarte flambée is amazing (super delicious!) and the staff is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and efficient. A great atmosphere for a perfect evening. Highly recommended!

great tarte flambée und even better service! We got an explanation of the different kinds of tarte flambée first and went for two less traditional vegetarian options! All the produce and ingredients are locally sourced and prices are very reasonable :))

Excellent tarte flambée! Unfortunately, the team was too small and overworked… We waited 45 minutes between each tarte flambée. What a shame!

28/09/2026: Several days in a row, impeccable service. The only downside was the smell of urine near the flower boxes, but the restaurant bears no responsibility for this other than removing these valuable flower boxes or training all the dogs in Reims, or their owners, to be completely... well, you know... but that would take too long. Regarding this baker, pastry chef, and chocolatier, I give it 4 out of 5 stars because everything could be improved, but it was by far my best experience, and that was two days in a row with a group of nine. My only pleasant surprise. Thank you.
22/09/2026: From my very first visit to this bakery, I knew I'd be back often! The welcome is incredibly warm, and their pastries and cakes are excellent! A special mention for the marshmallows, which are definitely worth it! I highly recommend it if you're ever in Reims.
