19/04/2026: Last night before heading home with the girls. A place you rarely stumble upon… and one you absolutely don't want to leave. Here, everything is just right: absolutely delicious dishes, service that's both precise and warm, and an atmosphere that captivates you the moment you walk through the door. You come for dinner… and find yourself swept up in improbable conversations about Argentina, Saint Martin, hunting blinds, animals, the ecosystem—all delivered with infectious passion and spot-on humor. You leave satisfied, but above all, nourished in a different way: by a genuine vision, where respect for nature and the pleasure of eating (very, very well) coexist without contradiction. There's a palpable generosity in this place, a sincere desire to share, to pass on knowledge, to create something greater than just a restaurant.
