It was during a stop in Venosc that we discovered this superb restaurant. The cuisine is refined, and the welcome and service are also excellent. We had a wonderful time.

What a fantastic find while strolling through the charming village of Venosc! Refined dishes, quick service, a welcoming chef and staff—they even seated us inside with two other couples after a storm, which gave us a chance to chat and get to know some lovely people. All this for a very reasonable price. Don't hesitate to go in and treat your taste buds; you won't be disappointed.

While visiting Venosc, we found this restaurant with a very pleasant terrace. The daily menu offered two choices of starters, two choices of main courses, and two choices of desserts. The service was professional, the cuisine refined, and the quality of the dishes perfect. The food was delicious. We were delighted. Don't change a thing. It's perfect!

Passing through Vénosc for the day, we had lunch as a family at the Douces Gourmandises restaurant. Everything was perfect! We had a mountain view, seated in converted chairlifts. The set menu was €16 with a choice of three courses and three desserts. The dishes were delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented. We were seated and served quickly; it was impeccable! We will gladly return! We highly recommend this restaurant!

A very friendly mountain restaurant with a magnificent and breathtaking view. The welcome is personalized; we were greeted by the chef, and the dishes were delicious. The starters were generous and refined (all homemade). I recommend it 100%.

A fantastic lunch. The place is great. The raspberry kir is excellent! A light summer menu is rare and very welcome. The cuisine is sophisticated, flavorful, and truly well-prepared with originality. And good homemade bread too 🙂

19/08/2026: Visited yesterday before our departure the following day. We had a wonderful time in this idyllic setting. A high-mountain restaurant where we were able to eat despite the restaurant being very busy; there were very few tables available, but we still enjoyed our meal. We found the setting beautiful, richly decorated, yet very comfortable. We were seated near the fireplace where the grill chef prepared his meats and other dishes. The meat was cooked to perfection and of high quality. The service was excellent. At the end of our meal, we went to pay, and after paying, we thanked the staff for the complimentary digestif. A big thank you again to the waiters and waitresses, the manager, and the cooks; we will be back. January, aka Jordy, the person who took our reservation, didn't understand, but thank you again.
19/08/2026: Everything is a delight with a fantastic team. A nice bonus is the selection of takeout options that are just as good as eating in. Absolutely top-notch!!!
