It's a shame for me to give a negative review because we know the place and the food is always excellent. Patrick and Ingrid are both fantastic, but on Saturday night the service left much to be desired. This review concerns the waitress, who, in my opinion, has no experience in service. Not a smile, no professionalism, an outfit not really appropriate for a restaurant, and a long wait... In any restaurant, the staff should be attentive. We kept our aperitif glasses on the table from the beginning until we left. The desserts were finished but not cleared, while the waitress was on her phone at the far end of the terrace, with other customers still on the terrace. We asked for the bill, and it never came. Twenty minutes later, we had to go inside to pay because nothing had been prepared... Unfortunately for me, this is more of a rant, being a regular customer. profession....🙏
