La Guinguette sur Sainte-Anastasie-Sur-Issole

A true gem ❤️ The pizzas at Guinguette Sainte-Anastasie are simply incredible. First off, the base: top-quality ingredients, an extraordinary wood-fired crust. And above all, finally, a generous topping that more than justifies the price. Special mention to the Bergère: tomato base, with really good slices of eggplant, amazing goat cheese, mozzarella… a perfect balance 🤍 It's definitely MY ADDICTION. I sometimes add capers for my own little personal touch, but honestly, even without them, it's incredible. The atmosphere is super pleasant; you can watch the pizzas being made right in front of you, and the stone dining room is magnificent. We went as a family, and they are without a doubt our favorite pizzas. And I'll say it loud and clear: I'm Italian, so I know what I'm talking about 😉 Please, never change the recipe! The team is lovely, the place is splendid, even more so during the holidays with its sublime decorations. We'll be back again and again ❤️

The place was really nice, we ate very well, but the wait was far too long. We arrived at 8:15 pm and started eating around 9:35 pm. Unfortunately, we didn't have dessert because we were afraid of the wait. What a shame.

Good pizzas, we go there quite often as a family.

We'd been recommended this place for quite some time. The location is easily accessible with a large parking lot, and at this time of year, the Christmas decorations are magnificent. The welcome is warm and the service efficient. The menu offers a wide selection, from meat dishes to pizzas, burgers, and fish. The dishes are served with homemade fries or vegetables, and the pizzas look excellent and generous, even though we opted for other choices. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal in a friendly atmosphere. Just one small drawback: the location of our table for two was right in the middle of the bustling waiters and waitresses, and even other customers had to brush past my chair every time they walked by. Perhaps something to reconsider. Otherwise, we will gladly return and recommend it without hesitation.

Not only did we have a great evening and the food was excellent, but the Christmas decorations were fantastic, I will gladly come back!

Excellent restaurant, third visit, the food is high quality. One small drawback: you have to pay in cash. The setting is very pleasant, I highly recommend it!
