Had a delightful lunch here after a visit to the nearby Marmotten Museum. Took a second to figure out eating in or take away and realizing we could order things from the case even while eating in. The staff were delightful and helpful. Would definitely go back if in the area.

Do not listen to anyone who criticises this place, or gives less than 5 stars. Top rating (in this price range.) Amazing everything. The fish taco will bring you to your knees. Great staff also!

The customer service is quite deplorable: a lack of enthusiasm and/or employees overwhelmed by slow service during busy periods? As a daily customer, I notice no difference in friendliness whether I'm alone or waiting in line. There's a fairly wide selection for a reasonable price compared to other options in Paris and on the street, but the quality ranges from "good" to "average" (especially the pastries and viennoiseries—the sandwiches are acceptable), which is fine for lack of anything better on the way to work. The bread is generally satisfactory. In short, it does the job and it's useful, but the overall experience is really just "average."
