I wanted to thank and congratulate the new Jean Bart team for this delightful time spent in your establishment, with a fantastic, dynamic head bartender who displays unparalleled elegance with his customers. Service in less than 5 minutes. His domain includes the bar, ice cream, cocktails, waffles, crepes, and the chef's specialty, the Lisboa. Table service for 12 people in less than 12 minutes. Pleasant service on the indoor and outdoor terraces and reasonably priced deckchairs, accompanied by his self-trained sidekick. A magnificent setting. Ask for Chef Frédéric, also known as Fefe, and his little protégé.

First time I've been to Carry-Le Rouet and to this wonderful ice cream bar with a very warm welcome. I admit I fell under the spell of this bespectacled waiter named Frédéric. He has impeccable service quality and he listens to the customer. I highly recommend this establishment and this waiter who deserves his tips! Hoping to see him again. 🤓
