What a treat we have at the Junque d'Or... the products are fresh, the dishes well executed, beautiful presentation and good associated wines. Very warm welcome and professional service. One of my favorite restaurants in Metz!

Great restaurant as usual I've known it for 20 years but it's nothing more we had the fondue Chinoise good but nothing more I like the fondue Chinoise but very very expensive you have to stop after a little advice go to the lucky star of Chinese in Luxembourg 59€ and meat, fish, rice sauce, super nice vegetables, free digestive, it's all lost, I won't go again

Fresh, quality cuisine. Special mention for the lemongrass chicken. Small bonus: an astonishing wine list for this type of cuisine and above all wines served according to the rules of the art. I was thus able to drink a magnificent St Veran from Domaine Thibert. You add to that very, very honest prices and it gives you a flawless experience. Certainly the place (a cellar) is nicer in the summer when it's hot because there is no natural light but it doesn't matter, we go to the Jonque d'or to eat well and have a good time!

A sumptuous discovery. The cuisine is of impeccable freshness and refinement. Special mention to the tofu, surprisingly tasty and cooked to perfection, with steam and seafood (here again the cooking of the scallops was to die for with perfection).
A must-see from the first visit.

There was some wait but the food is worth it. The beef with Thai basil was better than anything I have had in New York, Paris, or my home town of Seattle.
It wasn't overcooked strips of beef soaked in soy sauce, rather the beef was perfectly cooked, seared on the outside and just right inside. The sauce was perfectly balanced. Not too salty or spicy.
Likewise the beignets flambeaux for desert were amazing. Everything is better deep fried but deep fried, soaked in alcohol, and set on fire manges to beat it. Finally, the liquor on the way out was a nice treat. If the host offers you a shot, the 50% liquor was sweet and had a nice aftertaste of lychee.
