Hi, I know what to write, but go ahead, honestly I loved the food, plus the setting was beautiful and the owner was lovely. The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable, except for the Coke, but that more than made up for it on the bill. Two €36 set menus included (2) foie gras as starters, (1) sirloin steak, (2) a wild boar duo, (1) crème brûlée (which I highly recommend), (2) a chocolate-vanilla pastry, and cheese. Everything was both beautifully presented and perfectly balanced. Plus two Cokes at €7 each (€14 for both). In short, I recommend it. 👌🏼

We had a wonderful meal, excellent food at a reasonable price. In a beautiful half-timbered Norman cottage. In the heart of the countryside. A hidden gem! 🤫

We have lunch or dinner there several times a year and the meals have always been delicious. The atmosphere is friendly and the staff are pleasant; moreover, the menu changes regularly.

I had wanted to go to this restaurant for quite a while. The food was very good, but I felt sorry for the cook and his team since there was only one other table of 2 being served. The welcome and the atmosphere were "empty", difficult to describe. I'd like to go back when there is a warm log fire and when the serving staff put a bit more laughter into the proceedings.

The food is good, but the flavors seem to have changed. Prepared in large quantities, frozen and thawed to order. Food, service, and portions are rather meager. Plus... the menu NEVER changes. Very average

Excellent family meal for a birthday celebration. Excellent inn, everything was perfect. Thank you to the chef and to Mrs. Legrand for the superb service. We highly recommend it; the old-fashioned setting is very pleasant.
