Personally, I really like the atmosphere of this little neighborhood bar. Excellent music, eclectic though mostly rock, good beers, a nice wine selection, and a pinball machine that changes regularly. The people and servers are friendly. The bar has retained its original character. I especially like the decor in the restrooms.

Great atmosphere, very relaxed, where you meet regulars. Very friendly owner, and there's a bar and arcade/pinball machines available!

Le Louis IX Brasserie

10/04/2026: This is slightly off the tourist trail. I've been twice and the staff is really friendly and helpful.
15/03/2026: A fantastic little bistro with real homemade food and REAL FRIES 🥰 and, most importantly, the famous Berthillon ice cream that all of Paris raves about. If you're looking for something authentic, then look no further, this is the place to be for the shopkeepers of Île Saint-Louis 🥰🥰 Hellen, Pascal, and their team will be delighted to welcome you with their ever-present good cheer 😘
