Excellent pizzas, top-notch service, and the owner is super friendly. The desserts are amazing, profiteroles and ice cream with real melted chocolate, a variety of appetizers, and excellent wine—in short, we love this restaurant and come often (and it's best to book).

Last night I was passing through Mazamet, I was hungry so I stopped to get a pizza at "La Main à la Pâte" and it was a revelation: one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten in my life.

Above all, make an appointment, the places are reserved even if you arrive as a couple for lunch. The plates are perfect and there is nothing left when you are finished. The employees are helpful and very friendly. We go there often and always enjoy it.

11/03/2026: A place where hospitality is truly valued. We had lunch at the cafeteria after participating in the Black Mountain Trail, a well-known sporting event in the region. The welcome and service were fantastic, the kind you sometimes don't even find in restaurants. The food was delicious, flavorful, and plentiful. All the employees and the owner are incredibly attentive, helpful, and always smiling. Don't hesitate to stop by the South Cafeteria.
28/01/2026: I wanted to thank the staff at the cafeteria at the end of Pont-de-Larn, as well as the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Prat, for their kindness and professionalism. Last Sunday, my friends and I—there were 25 of us—had lunch there to celebrate my birthday 🎂. Everything was perfect: beautifully set tables, delicious food, and the homemade Baked Alaska for dessert was a real treat. Congratulations to the chef! I highly recommend this place for any occasion.
