La Maison Baltard sur Nogent-Sur-Marne

Excellent food… top-notch service… superb terrace, but it was evening and August, so there was hardly any traffic… highly recommended

Baltard was an accidental find. I was passing by and decided to stop for a refreshing drink and a light meal, as it was very hot and I needed to recharge my batteries. The service is friendly and quick, the atmosphere is very welcoming and sophisticated at the same time, and the tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad was delicious.

Perfect!!! A perfect meal and atmosphere. A huge thank you to our server. Unfortunately, I don't have his name, but he had a wonderful smile that he shared with us throughout the meal, bringing us the many carafes of water we requested. One of the last truly pleasant brasseries in Paris, with a strong focus on staff recruitment, resulting in consistently professional and friendly service, making it a rare gem. The menu is classic but well-prepared, and the selection is more than adequate.

I loved this place, especially the time I spent with Stan, the manager, who was very welcoming and pleasant. He provided excellent service, and I left with a smile on my face. I recommend this place 100%.

A lovely evening after watching the Tour de France. We chose the salmon and tuna poke bowls. The dishes were delicious. The service was excellent and courteous.

We got the mozarella& tomato salad as starter. Was delicious. As main course we got beef bourguignon and chicken. Chicken was nice. But Beef bourguignon was only tasting like cloves, no salt and pepper taste. Portion size good but wasn't good. As dessert we got the mousse au chocolat and tarte tatin. Both were divine, I would go there to just have dessert. Location and atmoshpere are lovely. Staff are friendly. I don't know the name of the staff who took care of us. But he was so nice, 6 out of 5 for him. You made the experience better
