The food was delicious the service was excellent...

This was very near where we stayed. Across the street from the Louvre. Our family of four had a tremendous dinner and our server Cindy was outstanding.

Had a really great meal here, everything we ordered was genuinely delicious. We tried a mix of dishes including the Gros Escargots, Foie Gras de Canard, Tartare Préparé, Filet de Bar, and a Potage de Légumes, along with a couple of drinks. Each dish was well prepared and full of flavour. The escargots were rich and buttery, the foie gras was smooth and indulgent, and the tartare was fresh and nicely seasoned. The sea bass was cooked well, light and delicate, and the vegetable soup was simple but comforting. Everything felt well balanced and made with good quality ingredients. You can tell care went into the cooking. The total came to around €104, which felt reasonable for the quality and overall experience. Overall, a very satisfying meal with good food and a nice atmosphere. Would definitely come back again.

I came to drink a tea & coffee with some friends. Pleasant place. The waiter Sacha is very kind.

We had a wonderful meal at Le Baltard today — the food was great, we loved sitting outside in the shade, and our server (Sacha) was excellent — absolutely charming, cheerful, and very helpful. We look forward to returning.

Good food and nice atmoshphere, but very rude customer service by an older gentleman

On a lunch time break from shopping at E Dehilleran across the street we enjoyed a lovely, restful lunch sitting by the window and enjoying our meal. The coffee was excellent as was the crème brûlée.

Stylish Brasserie with an old Parisian vibe. They have both inside and outside seating, including a room with glass walls and a roof with a nice ambiance. The staff is very friendly and helped us immediately even though it was crowded. I ordered the roast chicken and the brioche perdue, which all arrived quite quickly. The cafe has an amazing location in Le Marais near a beautiful and walkable green space. No complaints, I thoroughly enjoyed Le Baltard, and I strongly recommend!

A wonderful Parisian breakfast with great service from Sacha. Welcoming, delicious and lovely warm conservatory for spring mornings. Highly recommend, thank you Sacha!

One of the best places we have ever visited in Paris! I would post more pictures but they include my family, it was fantastic and the service exceptional! Also what a gorgeous space. Definitely will visit this place again! Thank you!
