La Maison Baltard sur Nogent-Sur-Marne

Three years ago, I would have given it 5 stars... but the attention to detail, the food, and especially the service have declined somewhat, more or less depending on the day. While the cuisine is that of a classic Parisian brasserie and quite pleasant, avoid the veal Milanese—the worst I've ever had. Otherwise, especially in good weather, the location is fantastic, rather quiet, and the wine cellar is excellent.

Yet another take – lacking the flavor of the previous one. Uneven service – they interrupted me to pass the bread basket to help the server clear the table. Beautiful location. What a shame.

Excellent food… top-notch service… superb terrace, but it was evening and August, so there was hardly any traffic… highly recommended

Baltard was an accidental find. I was passing by and decided to stop for a refreshing drink and a light meal, as it was very hot and I needed to recharge my batteries. The service is friendly and quick, the atmosphere is very welcoming and sophisticated at the same time, and the tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad was delicious.
