As a resident of Castelnovin, I felt compelled to experience and form my own opinion of this excellent establishment. I must admit, I'm not accustomed to such a level of refinement.
The setting is perfect, the service impeccable, the wine delicious, the cuisine artistically presented, and the flavors exquisite. However, it's a shame that the bread served is my best friend, as the portions on the plate are practically skewers. Too small to satisfy my hunger, I certainly don't question the prices, which are justified by the generous portions I've mentioned.
