My partner surprised me; I had no idea where I was going to spend the evening. I could have easily walked right past the restaurant without noticing it, the entrance is so discreet. But as soon as we stepped inside, we were immersed in an intimate, refined, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was attentive and welcoming. The cuisine was masterfully orchestrated, resulting in flawless service, beautifully presented dishes, and perfectly cooked food. As a true gourmand, I was delighted by the desserts, which were exquisitely delicate and subtle. The wine list was well-chosen, and we received excellent recommendations. As for the small amuse-bouches and petits fours, these little touches made all the difference. In short, I was thrilled by this wonderful surprise, from the setting to the food and the ambiance. As you can tell, I highly recommend you go and enjoy a lovely time there. Thank you to the entire team.

An absolutely magnificent setting, perched on the ramparts with breathtaking views of Mont Ventoux and the Luberon, especially from the terrace at sunset. The cuisine is refined; you can feel a genuine passion for the ingredients. The service is attentive, and the wines are excellent. A gastronomic destination not to be missed; I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at this excellent restaurant. The impeccable service was perfectly complemented by the beautiful and refined dishes. The setting is superb. We will be back!

We came here for lunch with a reservation and were seated outdoors with a beautiful view of the village of Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne, with Mont Ventoux visible in the distance. The setting was lovely. The staff were professional, warm, and attentive. They even noticed that my husband and I had secretly swapped our appetizers and desserts (a strategic calorie-saving operation). Nothing escapes them! We enjoyed every moment, from the appetizer to dessert. Every dish was fresh, well presented, and well prepared. For dessert, I originally ordered the chocolate fondant. It was good: rich, intensely chocolatey but not too sweet. I traded it with my husband for his Panna Cotta to save a few calories. It was a smart move! The Panna Cotta was light, refreshing, and almost guilt-free: the perfect dessert for a hot summer day. We left happy with one more restaurant on our “We will be back” list. My husband may hide his dessert next time, though 😁
