Whether you are an amateur or experienced in good meat. This is the ideal place!
The boss allows us to taste exceptional meats at prices that are completely affordable for everyone.
The welcome is warm, family-friendly, the boss goes around to his customers to chat with them.
From starter to dessert, no false notes.
I tasted the Wagyu flank steak, a tender meat with an exceptional taste.
Everything is “homemade”!!
I could write so many more beautiful things about this restaurant which is a discovery for me. I would come back without moderation and I recommend this establishment.

Of course, don't go there if you are vegetarian! On the other hand, if you like good meat, it's very good. The dishes are sufficiently copious, simple presentation without frills as I like. No trinkets that could distort the taste of the meat which is excellent. The service is efficient and friendly. It's obviously more expensive than in certain red meat restaurant chains but so much better!!! Very good frozen nougat! The pint of beer is a bit expensive... I recommend this restaurant.🤠

Second visit to this traditional restaurant near the Rambouillet castle park, where the staff is friendly and efficient, and the owner attentive. The cuisine is simple and family-style, but quite correct. We tested the small interior terrace, set in a pleasant green setting, but which we do not recommend because the kitchen is not at all insulated, and throughout our meal we experienced the sounds of pots and pans, and bursts of glass. Staff voices accompanied by quite unpleasant cooking odors. Instead, choose the first room or the terrace set up on the sidewalk.

I usually avoid steaks in France, here it was perfect.
Not cheap, but very affordable.
Be sure to reserve in advance.

Très bien et il serve tard le dimanche même en aout. Jolie terrasse avec résistances chauffantes, Personnel très agreable. Allez y !!!

Midday stop for a motorbike ride in the Chevreuse valley. Just in front of the entrance to the Château de Rambouillet.
We were able to eat on the terrace without reservation. Non-smoking outdoor terrace.
Very pleasant setting with sober and classy decor.
Fast and pleasant service.
We had tartare with a knife. Fresh dish with fries and salad.
For my part, well seasoned but pieces too large. Not much salad on the side. The portion of fries was okay. The Californian wine of the moment: good.
No dessert because you're no longer hungry! But those served alongside looked very delicious!!
Very extensive menu with different meats but offers fish and salads.
2 tartars, 2 glasses of wine and 2 coffees: €26/pers. which is very correct.
