The best were the waiters Alex and the one with curly hair. The supposed owner, a blonde girl, was a bit unpleasant; she wanted to kick us out because we bought a cookie from another stall. If we go back, it'll be because of how nice those two were, especially Alex!

Special mention to Julie, the restaurant is incredible, the atmosphere is perfect, everything is there, from the food to the service team, it's simply amazing. You have to come with your eyes closed.

Excellent place! We loved the pinchos—a wide variety, delicious, and well-prepared, with a special mention for the pimientos, which were truly excellent. The atmosphere is friendly, the concept is great, and it's a wonderful spot to enjoy good Spanish tapas. We highly recommend it!

An incredible experience at La Kaba del Pincho! Everything was perfect: the tapas are fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere in the heart of the Capucins Market is festive, lively, and typically Spanish, especially this Saturday at lunchtime. The service is quick, friendly, and always with a smile, despite the crowds. This is the place to be in Bordeaux for a successful aperitif or tapas meal. I recommend La Kaba del Pincho 100%! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Remember, you pay what you eat!!!

It's open every weekend; we're very well received. The owner, whose name is Julie, makes all her dishes with the help of Maya, who is the head waitress. And since then, it's thanks to Maya that all the desserts are homemade with the help of her boss, Julie. But otherwise, it's Maya who makes them, not Julie.
