Perfect mussels and the rest too, it's rare enough to be noted! You understood it, I recommend more more….

While visiting Barbatre, we were looking for a restaurant to eat at lunch. The reviews on this restaurant being positive, we let ourselves be tempted and were a little disappointed by the dishes. Compared to other restaurants located by the sea, the quality/price ratio was not there and neither was the quantity. A little expensive for the dishes served: a dish of the day at €16.90 but little quantity on the plate and a tasteless sauce. The price of appetizers to share is also a bit high. The welcome was good.

A very nice roof terrace with the possibility of being in the shade. A friendly welcome and a menu suitable for everyone.

As always, it’s always a pleasure. The pizza dough is excellent and the pizzas are topped with local products. The mussels are tasty and well prepared. I recommend with my eyes closed with very friendly staff.

We ate well, the portion of mussels is generous, efficient and fast service, the interior of the restaurant is very nice, and the pizzas are very good.

My wife and I ate there on a Monday lunchtime at the end of August. The welcome is not what we remember, even if the little waitress did her best, but it's complicated to smile all the time when you take care of the interior and the small outdoor terrace. We weren't impressed by the appearance of the pizzas, but the 4 people next door found them very good. It must be said that personally I like well-risen and crispy dough, which is not necessarily the case for everyone. We therefore opted for Roquefort mussels, it was delicious; cooking of the mussels controlled, the sauce was very good with lots of taste without being too strong. One downside however, the mussels were not well cleaned: see photo zoom. The Noirmoutier potatoes were well cooked and soft, even if they lacked a little crispiness. I would like to point out that on the last page, I really appreciated the reference to the local producers and artisans with whom the restaurant works. A pitcher of chilled, reasonably priced rosé accompanied our meal. In conclusion: we ate well

Nous sommes venu en famille, service rapide, équipe très professionnel et chaleureuse, le repas était excellent et les quantité généreuse. Chaise bébé à disposition, je recommande sans hésiter

Patio agréable , équipe jeune , rapide et sympathique , bonnes pizzas ( du choix ) et salades bien fournies et bien présentées .
