The hotel is small (7 rooms), quiet, luxurious, charming, very clean and well-kept. An old noble estate, restored and modernized by the fifth generation of owners, young modern people, meets all the requirements of conscious travelers. Contemporary, colorful art, present in many forms, complements excellent culinary (great restaurant) and aesthetic experiences at every step. Hidden deep somewhere in Provence, in a beautiful little town with 41 fountains, a manifestation of French taste and the art of living.

A magnificent discovery at the La Margelle restaurant in Pernes-les-Fontaines. From the moment we arrived, we were seduced by the charming atmosphere and the warm welcome from the staff. The dishes, carefully prepared, are true works of art, demonstrating great attention to detail. Each bite is a treat for the taste buds, with an explosion of flavors that reveals refined, inventive and entirely homemade cuisine. The ingredients are fresh and quality, and the taste combinations are both surprising and harmonious. The service is impeccable, with attentive and passionate staff who know how to advise and meet all expectations. La Margelle offers an unforgettable culinary experience. We only ate at La Margelle. You sit very comfortably in a tree-covered courtyard. The food was very tasty and the service was good.

Accueil et service très bien par un personnel jeune. Grande terrasse et intérieur moderne/chic. Foie gras, filet de bœuf et desserts excellents.

Restaurant situé dans le joli hôtel du même nom. Cadre élégant, joliment décoré. Accueil très sympa. Carte courte (c'est bon signe ça ! ) : 3 entrées, 3 plats, 3 desserts. Produits frais parfaitement travaillés. Cuisine très goûteuse et jolie présentation. Excellent artichaut cuit façon barigoule avec condiment aux agrumes en entrée, simplement parfait et léger. Poulpe cuit sous vide et légumes croquants en plat : un véritable délice. Jolie carte de vins régionaux. Un gros coup de cœur !
