We thoroughly enjoyed the entire menu, from appetizer to dessert: steak tartare for my husband and a fish duo for me—a real treat! The owner and the waitress were both wonderful! We left the table completely satisfied! Thank you again!

A wonderful discovery and an excellent experience at Bouillon Marinade in Collioure! The dishes were generous, high-quality, and very flavorful; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We hadn't made a reservation, but the very helpful waitress set us up at a table on the terrace so we could enjoy our meal in the sunshine. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the meal even more enjoyable. A great place that I highly recommend, and we'll definitely be back!
