Great little restaurant by Pierre Feu du Var, warm welcome, the two owners are charming, their Rossi burgers are delicious and the desserts, La Pavlova and the Champignon de Collobrieres, homemade by the chef who is a pastry chef, are excellent, thank you for this very good tasting, I recommend it to anyone who is passing through the area.

Duck mince with sweet potato and foie gras medallion, fig gratin with Roquefort cheese and honey ice cream, so surprising and delicious.
