Every time I come to Pontarlier I eat a couscous that is always so delicious!

Thank you for the warm welcome and your enthusiasm! The restaurant was superb in every way: atmosphere, music, food, desserts, and even the drinks, whether it was the Medina or the Verveine. It was excellent. We had the chicken couscous and the Medina lamb couscous; the meat was incredibly tender and a real treat. The Biouate de la Louse dessert was also very good. And the owner was full of humor, natural, and genuine. We highly recommend it! Many thanks, see you soon!

A small Moroccan restaurant in the heart of Pontarlier. The service is pleasant and quick, and you can choose between couscous and tagine, provided you order tagine in advance. Everything was excellent: the couscous, the cheese briouat with a touch of honey, and the Moroccan pastries—nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful evening enjoying excellent couscous. We'll be back for the tagine.

Excellent Moroccan restaurant! The couscous was delicious and well-prepared, the kefta, meatballs, lamb, and merguez were all superb. The semolina with vegetables and a generous portion of sauce was also excellent. The briouat with kefta and cheese was very good. The dining room has a pleasant and calm oriental decor, perfectly in keeping with the restaurant's theme. The fresh mint tea served in a teapot at the table was excellent. The welcome and service were good. I highly recommend it.
