Hats off Chantal. A real challenge!
A tasteful tasting, varied, surprising flavors and a very friendly welcome.
The VH, set menu and vegetarian menu were appreciated by all our guests, and what can we say about the superb and delicious cake.
The staff, very discreet, efficient, attentive and very friendly, were able to adapt to unforeseen requests.
Congratulations to Chantal and her entire team.

We chose Kaf des Vieux Amants as the caterer for our wedding which took place in June 2024. We fell in love after meeting Chantal in 2023!
Chantal was extremely professional from start to finish, the organization was very simple and smooth. On the big day, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect! The service team was very attentive and very friendly. The dishes were delicious, our guests enjoyed themselves and the plates were empty :).
We recommend with your eyes closed!

28/06/2024: Very warm welcome from I think the owner you are welcomed in a simple and efficient setting regarding the cooking the fried carp at will is very good madam does not hesitate to come see you to refill the shank with its very sauce good melting vegetables... The gourmet coffee is a little simple on it but honestly you can go there with your eyes closed, it's not mini desserts that will introduce you to very, very good cuisine

The waiter recommended a dish with crazy value for money, and also the dish was incredible. (Half roast chicken and fries)
Fast and efficient service! (For 5 people)
Homemade fries that are just the best of a lifetime, absolutely worth trying. (Small plus for the waiter who gave us an extra tray of fries).
Nothing more to add just go for it!!!

16/06/2024: The large room is very noisy, no tablecloths, no flowers, no candles! Worthy in a cafeteria! Halfway through the meal, we were asked to change rooms because of the noise! We ordered a 2016 Lalande de Pomerol and we were served a 2019 but charged for a 2016! The meal was OK but nothing more. We won't come back to that.

09/07/2024: Wir waren mit Freunden in dem sehr kleinen charmanten, typisch französischen Bistro essen. Es gibt nur eine Tafel mit einem kleinen Menü aus Salat und frischem Baguette mit hausgemachten, sehr schmackhaften französischen Terinen aus Schweinefleisch und als Hauptgerichte Lasagne oder ein sehr schmackhafter Kartoffelauflauf mit Käse, Sahne, Speck und herzhafter Wurst für 25,00 Euro! Wir hatten eine Flasche Landwein für 18,00 Euro und alle anderen Getränke kosteten je 4,00 Euro 😊 tolles kleines Lokal dekoriert mit Bildern von französischen Stars. Etwas grummelnder Wirt aber trotzdem professionell und sympathisch! Wir würden wieder hingehen! Unbedingt reservieren!

Nous avons mangé la friture de carpe. Excellente.
Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu déjeuner sur la magnifique terrasse , le temps ne s’y prêtant pas.
Nous reviendrons.
