The shop is very well located and the terrace is super clean

The shop and terrace are often dirty. The oldest saleswoman doesn't know how to count, check prices, or handle your change.

Cecilia was lovely. A warm welcome, friendly and above all very welcoming staff. I will gladly return, and with a smile, just as the team gave me.

This isn't the first time I've come to this establishment for a treat. But it's the first time we've chosen to eat in the upstairs dining area. The employee was welcoming and friendly. The service was quick. However, upon arriving upstairs, I was very disappointed by the poor hygiene of the floor, which was sticky underfoot. My daughter wanted to use the restroom, and we found a dirty toilet with no toilet paper, no toilet seat, and no hand dryer. I even took a picture of the small sign indicating the cleaning schedule, which was empty! I'm not sure I'll be returning to this establishment for my treats.
