Hello, my husband and I have been customers since 2019. On Saturday, August 8, 2026, at lunchtime, my husband was having his order prepared. Since he is disabled, he had his cane and his backpack on. A child tried to open the zipper to steal. The father told my husband, "Please excuse me, and apologize to my son." My husband yelled, and I called the police. The father and the child left like thieves. It's a shame the manager didn't intervene. If my husband had been assaulted, I would have filed a complaint for assault against a disabled person. As a former manager at Printemps Vélizy Restauration et Chocolat, if I had had a problem, I would have resolved it. I have no complaints.
