11/09/2026: Excellent experience at Domino's Pizza! The team is welcoming, friendly, and professional. The order was ready quickly, the pizza was piping hot and delicious. The ingredients are fresh and well-prepared. Thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome and excellent service. I highly recommend them!

25/08/2026: Order placed via click & collect, so I can't really comment on the atmosphere or service in person. Regarding the order, the pizzas were good, as were the mini tenders. Nothing to complain about in terms of taste; it was exactly what you'd expect from Domino's. The only slight downside was that the hot sauce packets were missing from the order. Otherwise, a decent experience overall, and nothing else to report.

11/08/2026: Hello, my husband and I have been customers since 2019. On Saturday, August 8, 2026, at lunchtime, my husband was having his order prepared. Since he is disabled, he had his cane and his backpack on. A child tried to open the zipper to steal. The father told my husband, "Please excuse me, and apologize to my son." My husband yelled, and I called the police. The father and the child left like thieves. It's a shame the manager didn't intervene. If my husband had been assaulted, I would have filed a complaint for assault against a disabled person. As a former manager at Printemps Vélizy Restauration et Chocolat, if I had had a problem, I would have resolved it. I have no complaints. The staff is very friendly, the welcome is warm, and they are attentive. Good luck, Patricia.

08/08/2026: Subject: Complaint regarding the presence of a foreign object (fly) in a purchased product Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you of an unacceptable incident concerning a sandwich purchased from your establishment on August 8, 2026, at approximately 10:30 a.m. I had the unpleasant surprise of discovering a fly inside my sandwich. This obvious lack of hygiene and quality control during the preparation and storage of your products jeopardizes the health of consumers. Furthermore, to my surprise, after contacting the establishment and requesting to speak to the manager, the manager responded with a sense of humor. This is not worthy of managerial behavior, even though the team's customer service is usually excellent. Indeed, imagine for a second, without any further attention, I would have swallowed the fly—what a ridiculous joke! I therefore request that you issue a full refund for this product and take immediate steps to improve hygiene in your sales and preparation area. This constitutes a serious hygiene breach that does not comply with the specifications of the DDPP or DDETSPP. Please find attached a photo of the sandwich.

11/08/2026: We came by chance because our favorite restaurant was closed, and we weren't disappointed. The owner and waitress were friendly, the snacks and brasserie-style dishes were reasonably priced, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We'll be back.

07/08/2026: While on holiday in the area, and after visiting the Basilica of St. Thérèse, we stopped at this brasserie in the center of Lisieux, following recommendations and a Google review. The owner gave us a warm welcome, and the staff was pleasant. The dishes were generous and well-prepared. Excellent value for money. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it! 👍🏻

13/09/2026: We received a very warm welcome at Le Duplex! Arriving at 1:30 pm on a Saturday without a reservation, we were quickly served by friendly staff. We had a delicious meal; the dishes were homemade and very tasty, and the prices are particularly attractive: a three-course meal for €24! An unpretentious brasserie, located right next to the cathedral, perfect for a meal and a drink when visiting Lisieux.

19/08/2026: An app I use counted the calories in the photo of my dish to direct me here. This ham hock had plenty of protein for my needs and it was tasty. The service is quick in this pleasant dining room.

30/08/2026: I arrived at this restaurant with my mother and aunt, and as soon as we arrived, the manager assigned us a table that was particularly dirty. I simply pointed out that the table wasn't clean enough for us to sit at. Instead of offering to clear or clean it, she told us it was either that table or we had to leave it for a potential new customer. She even refused to clear the table before we sat down. This was an extremely condescending attitude and a complete lack of respect for customers who were simply there to eat. The tone she used and the remarks in their dialect also made the situation particularly unpleasant. I sincerely wonder: just because we are Black, should we accept this kind of treatment? A deeply disappointing and humiliating experience. I will not be going back.

05/09/2026: I came back because of a change of ownership and honestly, I wasn't disappointed. We had kebabs and tacos, which were really delicious. We'll definitely go back. It's a shame I didn't think to take pictures 😉

09/08/2026: If you're craving a pizza, a burger, a taco, etc., I highly recommend this place; its sign says it all about the quality. You'll be treated like royalty. Look no further, it's the best in Lisieux.

28/10/2025: A great place to stay in the heart of Lisieux. The family room is spacious and quiet. We loved the breakfast, especially the homemade madeleines. The jams are also excellent!

27/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for one night. After having problems with our first room due to the noise from the kitchen ventilation system, we were moved to another room. The rooms are fine, but nothing extraordinary. The toilet seat was broken, the pipes seemed half-clogged, and when we came in, a damp smell hit our noses. Apart from that: clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was okay. Good for a stopover hotel.
