La Niflette sur Verneuil-L'Etang

Thank you to the owner who was very kind and understood that I had a woman's emergency. That's rare these days! I haven't eaten there yet, but I definitely plan to: the menu looks tempting and the price is more than reasonable these days! I'm also really keen to try the Niflettes, the house specialty.

Perfect. Quality and refinement.

The original restaurant we had chosen for our wedding cancelled on us just 15 days before the date, so we ended up at "La Niflette." And it turned out to be a blessing in disguise! The welcome was very warm, and the food was impeccable. My only regret is not having discovered this restaurant sooner!

February 2026 - To avoid disturbing anyone, we made a reservation at 1 p.m. for our group of hikers, initially planned for 20 but then increased to 31 the day before, but the owner graciously agreed to accommodate us. The dishes were very attractive, as usual, a feast for the eyes and the palate. Everyone was happy, which is important for the guide's reputation, as they are supposed to take them to carefully selected locations. Furthermore, the service was excellent; we didn't wait a second. January 2025 - People thought the group menu (for 26) was good, and it's true that it was well-prepared and not ordinary. Personally, I got what was left at the bottom of the pot, and the smiles of the first time were missing. November 2024 - The guide's lunch, during a route check this Saturday (so à la carte): gazpacho (nice), duck confit (excellent), niflettes (creamy!). +3 photos January 2024 - Group meal (20 hikers). +4 photos: I'll let you taste them... September 2022 - Excellent French restaurant. Fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented ingredients (2 photos). Very appealing lunch menu (meaning very good and very inexpensive). It's a shame, because the food is good but the waiter is gloomy, beware! Their website isn't up to date, and the menus are much more limited...
