Truly exceptional owner and this truly delicious pizza dough. We really recommend this establishment.

The only restaurant where you can eat a pizza with a very surprising dough (nothing to do with traditional pizzas) BUT which happens to be excellent and light. The recipe is of course kept secret! It is not stuffy and is a pleasure to eat. There is a whole story around this pizza dough whose recipe was created by a Sicilian family. Remember to book before going because otherwise you're not sure you'll be able to eat there, especially in the summer 🤗
