After a long break from the new inn 😔, it's still just as good. The homemade foie gras was excellent. The main course was superb (three choice cuts of lamb) and the orange dessert was refreshing, a perfect balance of bitterness and freshness. The wine pairings were perfect. I highly recommend it.

We have a wonderful time every time we return, from the warm welcome to the after-dinner drink; everything is impeccable.
The dishes are visually stunning, and the flavors are incredibly precise. You can feel the chef's passion in the kitchen and the professionalism in the dining room.
A rare find where you feel comfortable and pampered.

We went there for Valentine's Day on Saturday at lunchtime. There was a set menu, but it was excellent. The wines suggested to accompany the dishes were perfectly paired. The only slight drawback was that the breadcrumbs weren't cleared away until just before dessert.
We had wanted to eat at this establishment for a long time, and we weren't disappointed. The owners remained very down-to-earth, which isn't always the case in Michelin-starred restaurants. I highly recommend it.

Back two years after our first trip to Alsace.
This time, we had lunch at the gourmet restaurant.
We opted for the tasting menu, a delight both visually and gastronomically, not to mention the impeccable and attentive service throughout the meal.
An experience to repeat on our next visit to Alsace.
Lunch at the Bistrot. A lovely table, and the daily menu was excellent value for money.
We will try the restaurant on our next trip to Alsace.

Upon arrival, you are greeted by a most attentive head waiter, then advised by an outstanding sommelier; that's when the party begins, a succession of dishes as succulent as they are original, prepared by a chef at the peak of his art; the same delight is found from starter to dessert, a remarkable address, a big bravo to the whole team for this exceptional moment.

We had lunch yesterday with my friend. (We came in 2019). The Gourmet Menu. Bravo to the Chef, always so delicious. Wonderful and surprising combinations. A wonderful welcome, very friendly staff, and a smiling owner.
We had a pleasant time in a beautiful setting.
