From the aperitif's amuse-bouche to the sweet treats with coffee... everything was PERFECT!!! This establishment truly honors French products and gastronomy... Impeccable service and, above all, the price is more than reasonable for a Michelin-starred restaurant... Thank you for this delightful experience.

We seek out and appreciate good restaurants in the Colmar area. La Nouvelle Auberge, with its chef Bernard in the kitchen and Martine and her young team in the dining room, represents excellence. The quality-price ratio is very reasonable. The contemporary dining room is very pleasant and air-conditioned. In conclusion, Wihr au Val should be proud to have one of the best restaurants in the area right in its village.

Pizzeria la Tropezienne

26/09/2026: The meal was very good and the decor was beautiful.
17/09/2026: We had originally planned to eat French food tonight. Since all the other restaurants nearby were closed, we ended up here. In short: the service was incredibly friendly and the burger was the best I've ever had! The pizza, which my wife couldn't quite finish, was also "très bien" (very good). Definitely recommended!
