We had a wonderful time at the new inn. The food was excellent, with perfectly cooked dishes and sauces. The service was top-notch, the wine list superb, and all this in a beautiful, air-conditioned setting – perfect during this heatwave.

A truly wonderful gastronomic experience. Refined and perfectly executed dishes, attentive service, and an elegant setting. Each plate was a visual and gustatory delight. This restaurant truly deserves its Michelin star. We will gladly return!

As regulars at this restaurant, we love to return. The welcome is always very pleasant, thank you Martine, and the service is impeccable. The menus and dishes change with the seasons, showcasing just the right amount of inventiveness and a beautiful mastery of flavors. Last night, I particularly enjoyed the starter featuring asparagus cooked in different ways with lake whitefish, and the main course, a magnificent sweetbread that was both meltingly tender and crispy. The bill came to €245 for two, including wines and drinks. Well done to the team!

What a pleasant surprise this gastronomic gem was! Easy booking, a warm welcome, a lovely selection of dishes, quality regional products, helpful advice on wine pairings, beautiful presentation, and finally, a reasonable bill for such an excellent restaurant.

A lovely dining room, decent service, pleasant cuisine—in short, a good restaurant... But in the unanimous opinion of my children, my wife, and myself, we expected considerably more from a Michelin-starred establishment, unfortunately. We hoped for more attention to detail, inventiveness, and surprises. A pity.

We had a wonderful lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the gourmet menu with the accompanying wines. Every dish was delicious and of high quality. The wines were perfectly matched. The service was friendly and always attentive, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
