We seek out and appreciate good restaurants in the Colmar area. La Nouvelle Auberge, with its chef Bernard in the kitchen and Martine and her young team in the dining room, represents excellence. The quality-price ratio is very reasonable. The contemporary dining room is very pleasant and air-conditioned. In conclusion, Wihr au Val should be proud to have one of the best restaurants in the area right in its village.

As regulars at this restaurant, we love to return. The welcome is always very pleasant, thank you Martine, and the service is impeccable. The menus and dishes change with the seasons, showcasing just the right amount of inventiveness and a beautiful mastery of flavors. Last night, I particularly enjoyed the starter featuring asparagus cooked in different ways with lake whitefish, and the main course, a magnificent sweetbread that was both meltingly tender and crispy. The bill came to €245 for two, including wines and drinks. Well done to the team!
