La Paillote sur Canet-En-Roussillon

Impatient people beware! My first time at La Paillote, arrived at 7:18 pm, first tapas at 8 pm. Good, but the sea bream rillettes at €10 is a bit excessive for me. Two very good and well-presented main courses, no complaints there. As for the Pavlova, my favorite dessert, meh, I've had much better. Too sweet and no fruit, just a tiny strawberry insert. I'll let you judge for yourselves. A bill of €100 for two is still relatively high. Finished at 9:30 pm for 2 cocktails, 2 tapas, 2 main courses, 2 coffees, and a dessert. In short, an ideal restaurant for digesting between courses 😉

Delicious food, everything is homemade and it shows. I'm usually a bit wary of beachfront restaurants, but this one is definitely worth a visit. Between the cozy decor and the top-notch service, everything enhances the chef's cuisine even more!

A wonderful family evening at this lovely restaurant in Canet. Reasonable prices, truly delicious food, and friendly, attentive waitresses. Highly recommended! 👏🏼😁 And we were able to bring our dog, which was a real bonus (they gave us a bowl of water and he didn't move a muscle) ☀️

Absolutely fantastic! The cocktails are fabulous, my sweetheart fell head over heels for the Desperados mojito. The waitresses were smiling and funny, the service wasn't slow but not rushed either, and you feel comfortable. And the food... the food was perfect: generous portions, beautifully presented, and the cooking was expertly executed. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, it was a very pleasant surprise, and we're coming back tomorrow for my daughter's birthday... ❤️

Great experience at this restaurant 😊 The whole team is welcoming and attentive. We had a lovely evening, and the tapas selection was delicious, although the wait for our meal was a little long for my liking. But you quickly forget that thanks to the smile and enthusiasm of our waitress, Lilou, who has a gift for making people feel at ease 🤗 Thank you for your passion, and long live La Paillote 🫶

A place where you eat well, receive a warm welcome, and enjoy lingering! Everything was perfect for a wonderful evening. We will definitely return on our next visit to Canet-en-Roussillon. A wonderful experience! We ordered charcuterie and cheese boards, a real treat—generous portions and beautifully presented. The food was excellent, and everything was perfectly served. The setting was very pleasant, and the staff took exceptional care of us from beginning to end. Their attentive service made all the difference. We highly recommend it and will gladly return!
