Excellent, friendly, and perfect service

Second time at this crêperie, but definitely the last. The service wasn't very pleasant. The sweet crêpes were disappointing: the "yellowish" whipped cream tasted mediocre because it was probably over-whipped, the green banana was tasteless and barely caramelized by the salted butter... the coconut and chocolate ice cream had absolutely no flavor.

Excellent value for money, friendly staff... the galettes are superb. We'll be back.

Hello Madam, After a generous and tasty meal, I'm writing to give you some feedback. Stef's lemonade is indeed made with artificial sweeteners. Having had this type of lemonade in restaurants before, it's a shame because it really ruins the true, good taste of a decent lemonade. And unfortunately, the fries tasted like breaded fish. I don't like fish, and I recognized it immediately, a fact confirmed by the other diner. Don't say I have no palate; the lemonade is proof enough! The welcome was rather cold, almost glacial, and quite rushed. You're the only one, so that's normal! They have to keep up, and kudos to them for that! As a result, it makes you seem almost unapproachable. I barely dared to tell you what bothered me, which is a shame! The little smile you give off from time to time is really nice 😁 The galettes are very good with an original menu. Don't misunderstand my comment here; I couldn't find a way to contact you privately. In conclusion, it just lacks a little friendliness, and then it would be perfect! All the best. Following up, this comment is kind because, don't get me wrong, it could have been more cutting! 😜 What does that have to do with being a lemonade maker? We're talking about taste here, and when I say breaded fish, I obviously mean fish. It could very well be shellfish fritters; we're just playing with words...

Very good meal at La Paillote restaurant! The dishes are delicious and the value for money is really good. Pleasant service and nice setting. A good place that I recommend! 🍽️

Apart from the complete one which is well balanced, the crepes are a little bland.

We were coming back from Normandy Beach... A little disoriented after Marc Félix's fatal accident... We found this little crêperie... It lifted our spirits. Delicious crêpes... The staff was super friendly and efficient... Since we're old 🤣🤣, we didn't take any photos... I must say we didn't think about it... In any case, bravo to La Paillote... We're from Bayeux, and when we go to Luc-sur-Mer, we'll make a detour to come back and have lunch there. The prices are really great... Even if we didn't completely regain our spirits... You still helped to end the day on a better note... Thanks to the whole team
