La Pampa sur Saint-Trojan-Les-Bains

Warm welcome in a very quiet restaurant. Fresh and special starters with ingredients that go together perfectly, the mixture of which could seem surprising. The meats are simply excellent with perfect cooking and a magical taste in the mouth. As for desserts I was able to taste 2 of each; on one side a coconut flank accompanied by caramel which bathed my mouth in an ocean of happiness and on the other side "truffle" type balls in excellent chocolate just like the whole of this restaurant. This opinion may seem excessive but it is simply sincere. A big thank you to the waitresses, the cutter and the cooks.

Honestly, the meat served by a Brazilian slicer is unique!
