27/03/2024: I walked past this restaurant, the lights were on, I came in, no one inside, just the owner on the phone. It was just noon. I thought it had just opened. In fact, no, it was not open that day. I was about to leave and he offered to make me something, I politely declined, telling him that if it wasn't open he wouldn't make me food. He insists, telling me that he is filling the fridges and that he has plenty! I accept. And frankly it was a great time. Very good dish, dessert also. There are still people with a sense of business and above all a beautiful humanity. Thank you sir. I will happily come back when you are open for real ;-)

01/04/2024: Establishment very well located to have a good time with the family. Breathtaking view of the Pertuis de Maumusson and the mouth of the Seudre. Quality cuisine and well presented. The only downside is that the staff does not have a hotel background and is in a luxury establishment like the Albatross, where the setting is magnificent, it shows and it denotes... too bad.
Leaving aside the lack of experience of the room service staff, it was a great experience.
27/12/2023: Dîner magnifique, sens de l'accueil, même en arrivant avant le dîner, il était possible de rester en famille jouer à un jeu de société.

31/03/2024: The dishes are of poor quality, the meat looks like it came out of the microwave. Uncooked vegetables on pizza.

Le restaurant est jolie avec vue panoramique.
Cuisine de qualité avec des produits frais et locaux.

04/04/2024: Very beautiful setting, beautiful view, but the kitchen is a little tight and the dishes are not plentiful enough, we were still hungry at the end of the meal. The crème brûlée was very good. Cheese platter not sufficiently garnished, no fig jam and served without bread. Friendly but distracted service. Too bad for the price all the same.
