As a regular customer, I find the service excellent because the staff are very pleasant and attentive. There's a great selection of breads, pastries, cakes, and sandwiches. The salads are very good. I highly recommend it! 🤗

I regret having gone to this bakery with my son. It would be wiser in the future for us to go to La Panier near Bonneville, a place where the saleswomen are pleasant, where hygiene standards are respected, and above all, where courtesy is evident. How can you serve a customer a sandwich by carelessly placing it on a marble counter without a cardboard box or a tissue, next to several empty coffee cups and a used tissue? And when we asked for an exchange because it was for a 3-year-old, the salesman loudly voiced his displeasure to his colleague in front of the customer and the other customers. And no, sir, the world hasn't gone mad as you so eloquently put it; it's simply become more wary with the COVID-19 pandemic and high fevers. If you're a parent, you understand that a child's safety is paramount, and I'm one of them. The more years go by, the more deplorable this bakery becomes, with its constant staff turnover, empty display cases, and a dining area littered with crumbs. A little discipline and professionalism wouldn't hurt.

Your products are excellent; I've been a regular customer for years. My approach is a bit outlandish, but is the salesman we saw on Sunday, February 15th, around 4 or 5 pm, with glasses, a nice mustache, and tattoos, by any chance single? He caught my friend's eye, and she's been talking about him for almost two weeks now! 😅🤣

Very well received by a young salesman, very good little bread roll (chocolate grain) especially when they are warm.
